If this is anything to go by, it means the embattled cop may have been exonerated from the allegations laid against him by the FBI.

Newsonline Nigeria recalls that the 46-year-old Deputy Commissioner of Police and leader of the Inspector General of Police’s Intelligence Response Team (IRT), Abba Kyari, was on Wednesday, July 28, named in a report by an officer of the US Federal Bureau of Invetigation (FIB) as one of six persons who conspired to fraudulently obtain over $1m from a business person.

Following his indictment, the Police Service Commission suspended Abba Kyari from the exercise of the Powers and functions of his office.
