Abba Kyari
Newsonline reports that supercop, Abba Kyari has been reinstated back into the Nigerian police force after he was suspended some months ago due to his link with the renowned international fraudster, Hushpuppi.
This information was revealed by one of Abba Kyari’s loyalist who is also a police officer under the IRT department of the police force.
Also, a popular Instagram blogger confirmed the same via a post.
If this is anything to go by, it means the embattled cop may have been exonerated from the allegations laid against him by the FBI.
Newsonline Nigeria recalls that the 46-year-old Deputy Commissioner of Police and leader of the Inspector General of Police’s Intelligence Response Team (IRT), Abba Kyari, was on Wednesday, July 28, named in a report by an officer of the US Federal Bureau of Invetigation (FIB) as one of six persons who conspired to fraudulently obtain over $1m from a business person.
Following his indictment, the Police Service Commission suspended Abba Kyari from the exercise of the Powers and functions of his office.
