BREAKING: GTCO Posts N601bn Profit, Declares N1 Interim Dividend for Shareholders

The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of October 7, 2025.

GTCO has posted N601bn profit and declared N1 interim dividend for shareholders.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO) has released its unaudited financial results for the half year ended June 30, 2025, recording a robust profit before tax of N601 billion.

The group also reported profit after tax of N449.01 billion, reinforcing its position as one of Nigeria’s most profitable financial institutions.

In a move to reward investors, the Board approved an interim dividend of N1.00 per share, sustaining last year’s payout. The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of October 7, 2025.
