
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Akmodel Group Managing Director, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade will be attending a conference organized by Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Oyo State Chapter, in collaboration with the Oyo State Government.
This landmark event is themed “Positioning and Globalization of Oyo State Real Estate – Road to Urbanization” and it is taking place today, Dec. 4th, 2024 at the International Conference Centre (ICC), University of Ibadan. It aims to chart a course for the sustainable urbanization and global competitiveness of the real estate sector in Oyo State.
Dr. Odegade who will be attending as one of the Special Guests will be accompanied by his Personal Assistant, Mr. Kenneth Udezueh.
The Oyo State Government ably led by His Excellency, Seyi Makinde, remains committed to fostering sustainable housing development and ensuring the state becomes a model for urbanization in Nigeria.
Other notable individuals invited as Special Guests of Honour too are: Prince Akintoye Adeoye (REDAN National President), Aare Adetola Emmanuel King, Hon. Okusanya Oyebola etc.
