Tinubu Has Worked, It’s His Time To Chop – APC Campaign DG, Lalong

The Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong, has said the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, has worked for the country, he deserves to be the president and chop the benefits of the highest office.

NewsOnline reports that Lalong who is the APC Presidential Campaign Organization Director General said Tinubu was right to say that it is his turn to be Nigeria’s president.

Governor Lalong said this on Tuesday at the APC campaign rally in Ilorin, Kwara State.

The Plateau governor said Tinubu has helped in enthronling other political holders to the highest office. He added that Northern politicians have benefited from the support of the APC presidential candidate.

Recall that Tinubu had during consultation with party faithful as presidential aspirant of the APC, in Ogun State, said it is his turn to be president, Emi lokan, a Yoruba word that means it is my turn. The former Lagos governor said he made Buhari president in 2015 and therefore deserves the support of the president.

Speaking to APC supporters in Ilorin, the PCC campaign DG, Lalong asked, “If you do me good, I’ll do you good. If you do good on the other side, we’ll do good on this side. That is Emi Lokan. Is that not Emi Lokan?”

“Asiwaju has done good. It is his turn, it is your turn, it is our turn. If you chop alone, you will die alone.

“He didn’t chop alone, so it is his turn to chop. And that is why Emi Lokan is very important”,
