Sammie Okposo cause of death is not known yet but how gospel singer Sammie Okposo died has been revealed. According to reports making the rounds, the veteran music producer and singer Sammie Okposo slumped on Friday morning, November 25, 2022, and died. Sammie Okposo died at the age of 51.
Before his death, Sammie Okposo made headlines early in the year after he publicly apologized to his wife, Ozioma for cheating on her with another lady in the United States.
Newsonline Nigeria reports that the gospel singer lamented over the incident which he noted happened in 2021 in the apology which was shared on his Instagram page.
Sammie Okposo further stated that the development has seen him step aside from ministerial work until “full restoration.”
Sammie Okposo set the internet ablaze early this year when he took to his verified Instagram page to apologise to his wife, Ozioma after cheating on her with another woman in the United States in an incident that happened in 2021.
As a result of the scandal, the singer made the decision to take time off from ministration in order retrace his step with God before returning back to ministry after a few months.
The veteran singer escaped death by the whiskers in a ghastly car accident while driving at 3rd mainland bridge in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city in May this year, but Okposo said he “was saved from the hands of the devil and his cohorts.”
