If Peter Obi Supporters Come After Me- Adams Oshiomhole

Adam Oshiomhole, former National Chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, has stated that he is afraid of the youthful supporters of the presidential candidate of Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi.

Newsonline reports that the former governor of Edo State said the fear of Peter Obi supporters would not stop him from expressing his opinion on the presidential candidate.

Adams Oshiomhole stated this on Wednesday while answering questions on Arise Television’s morning programme.

Adams Oshiomhole stated that Peter Obi was yet to tell Nigerians how he would solve the insecurity problems of the country if made the president.

In his word, Oshiomhole said, “Obi was asked how, and he said, “It’s a secret.”

Oshiomhole said the former governor of Anambra state has to speak to Nigerians clearly on how he intends to solve the security problems of the country.

When reminded by the moderating journalists that Peter Obi supporters who are mostly youths would come after him for his comment on their presidential candidate, Oshiomhole answered, “I will come after them.”

Over 70 percent of Nigerian youths are strong supporters of Peter Obi who they see as the candidate with the integrity to save the country from unemployment, insecurity and corruption.

The youths who identify themselves as “Obidients” always attack any politician who attacks Peter obi on social networking sites.

According to the youths, the old politicians were responsible for the unemployment, insecurity, and corruption that have bedeviled the country since its return to democracy in 1999.
