NPower Stipend Failed Payments

How To Resolve NPower Stipend Failed Payments, Paid But Not Credited, Paid But Not Credited issues will be discussed in the post, see the solution.

Newsonline reports that the National Social Investment Management System has issued new guidance to Batch C Stream 1 Npower recipients who have payment difficulties such as Paid but not Credited or FAILED PAYMENT status.

Many Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries have experienced payment issues, most recently with their March stipend payment, as well as January and February stipend payments that “FAILED” to complete for some Npower beneficiaries.

Npower beneficiaries from Batch C Stream 1 have voiced their discontent with the situation and have requested that the Npower Management resolve all pending issues and credit their bank accounts.

NASIMS has directed Npower Batch C Stream 1 beneficiaries who have a “PAID but not Credited Issue” to visit their banks for confirmation of their accounts being credited without getting alerts, then if the money truly did not drop into their Bank Accounts, to obtain a statement of their Bank Accounts & file an accurate complaint to the new email address socialmedia.npower@gmail.com.

The Npower Management issued a warning that the directives must be implemented to the letter in order to settle any unresolved issues as promptly as feasible.

The Humanitarian Affairs Ministry informed today on Twitter that Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries who are suffering “FAILED PAYMENT” issues should be patient, as payments for months that failed to complete will be reinstated for each of the afflicted Npower beneficiaries.

Remember what NASIMS claimed before: “Those Whose Issues Have Been Fixed Are Being Paid Out Gradually,” and “You will be paid as soon as the issue that caused the delay/failure in payment of your stipend is resolved.”
