Crisis: Wike Speaks On What Will Happend To PDP If G-5 Is Expelled

Wike has said PDP will go into extinction if the G-5 is expelled.

NewsOnline reports that the Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, has said he has been waiting patiently for those who threatened to expel him from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to carry out their threat.

Wike said the expulsion of the aggrieved governors from the party will lead to the extinction of the party.

He noted that those issuing such threats are not oblivious that PDP is already polarised, which will automatically end the party if such action is taken against them.

Wike was at Rumuji-Odegwe town where the Rivers State chapter of the PDP held a rally to flag off its campaign in Emohua Local Government Area (LGA) on Wednesday.

The Rivers State governor informed that the state has what it takes to withstand those he described as buccaneers and vampires already in the stock-in-trade of selling their conscience for a pot of pottage.

“I can assure you all these buccaneers, all these vampires, we will teach them a lesson,” Wike said.
