NNPC has unveiled a new petrol price list across all states and FCT.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) has released a new ex-depot petrol price to fuel marketers.

This Nigeria news platform understands that the ex-depot price is the cost major and independent petroleum products marketers have to pay to lift and bridge petrol from NNPCL fuel depots for distribution to consumers at filling stations across the country.

On October 9, NNPCL informed marketers that the new ex-depot prices for petrol are as follows:

– Calabar (Cross River State): N1,050 per litre

-Lagos State: N1,010 per litre

– Port Harcourt (Rivers State: N1,045 per litre

-Ogara (Delta State): N1,040 per litre

– Koko (Delta State): N1,040 per litre

-Warri (Delta State): N1,040 per litre

This is coming after the pump price of petrol was increased again on Wednesday.

The product, which previously sold for N897 per liter in Abuja, now sells for N1,030.

In Lagos, the fuel price has increased from N885 per liter to N998, with long queues observed at the stations.

This adjustment follows reports of a potential price hike due to NNPCL’s withdrawal as an intermediary in the Dangote Refinery purchase deal.

This marks the second upward adjustment by NNPC between September and October.
