Nigerians have continued massive nationwide hunger protests.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reportsbthat angry Nigerians have started day two of their protest against the policies of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration which has plunged the nation into economic hardship.

 

This Nigeria news platform reported that the protest which began yesterday, August 1st, is set to run for ten days, ending August 10th.

Day one of the protest was mixed across the country with many northern States experiencing violence, looting, vandalism and killings, while states in the South saw largely peaceful protests.

 

Kano, Yobe and Borno States declared 24-hour curfew to curb violence that they experienced on day 1.
