UTME Main Examination Results Notification – JAMB Efacility: The long-awaited Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results for 2023 have been released. This announcement was made by the Head, Public Affairs and Protocol, JAMB, Dr Fabian Benjamin, on Tuesday, 27th April 2023 in Abuja.

JAMB Results Checker 2023 Portal Now Active Check 2023 JAMB Results Now

For candidates who participated in the 2023 UTME, checking your result has been made easy by JAMB. According to Dr Fabian Benjamin, candidates can simply send UTMERESULT to 55019 using the same phone number they used for registration, and their result will be sent to them via text message.

It is important to note that this is the only official method of checking the 2023 UTME results for now, as JAMB has not uploaded the results on its website. As always, fraudsters may attempt to mislead unsuspecting candidates by providing false instructions on how to check their results. Therefore, JAMB has warned all candidates to ignore such messages and follow the official method of checking their results.

In addition to providing a user-friendly and simplified process for checking UTME results, JAMB’s decision to release results via text message aims to prevent unscrupulous cybercafes and business centres from exploiting hapless candidates.

The 2023 UTME, which began on Tuesday, 25th April 2023, marked the beginning of another academic journey for thousands of Nigerian youths seeking admission into tertiary institutions. The release of the results now gives them a clear picture of their chances of securing admission into their desired courses and institutions.

Candidates are advised to exercise patience while awaiting their results as the process may take a while due to the high number of candidates who participated in the examination. We wish all candidates success in their academic pursuits.
