BREAKING: APC National Chairman Ganduje Hit With Fresh Criminal Charges

the duo faces allegations of criminal conspiracy, misappropriation, and abuse of office, contrary to the Penal Code and the Laws of Kano State.

APC National Chairman Ganduje has been hit with fresh criminal charges by the State Government.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Kano State Government has filed new charges against former Governor Abdullahi Ganduje and ex-Commissioner for Justice, Musa Lawan.

This Nigerian news platform understands that the duo faces allegations of criminal conspiracy, misappropriation, and abuse of office, contrary to the Penal Code and the Laws of Kano State.

 

 

According to the charge sheet (No. K/143c/24), the state government accuses Ganduje and Lawan of violating Sections 308, 309, 97, and 315 of the penal code. The government intends to present four witnesses in court, but no arraignment date has been set yet.

This development marks a new twist in the legal battle between Ganduje and the state government.

 

 

The former governor has been embroiled in several legal cases with the New Nigerian People’s Party-led state government since leaving office.
