Newsonline Nigeria reports that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the confirmation of the appointment of Adewale Adeniyi as the substantive Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service.
This Nigeria news platform understands that Willie Bassey, Director, Information at Secretary to the Government of the Federation, disclosed this in a statement on Friday.
According to the statement, the appointment takes effect from 19th October 2023, and his tenure follows the extant provisions of the Public Service Rules (PSR).
