Gov El-Rufai in a new video expresses his doubt about Tinubu’s fitness to rule Nigeria. 

 

The Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai in a new video that emerged on social media has expressed his doubt about the Presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu’s fitness to rule Nigeria if elected president.

Newsonline reports that El-Rufai who spoke in Hausa said ‘when you get to a certain age, you should thank God and leave others to continue.’

The former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory stated this in a video, shared on Instagram by mufasatundeednut.

El-Rufai said, “When you get to a certain age, you should thank God and leave others to continue.
“Since they said it must be Tinubu, we are watching. His energy is fa*ling from what I saw of him when we were together the day before yesterday.”

Newsonline recalls that Tinubu has in October, pleaded with El-Rufai to support his presidential bid, saying he is confident that he will in 2023.

Tinubu solicited the governor’s support during the Kaduna Economic and Investment Summit which took place in Kaduna State.

Applauding El-Rufai, Tinubu noted that Nigeria needed a thinker like the governor.

Tinubu assured El-Rufai that under his watch as president, no part of the country would be conceded to terrorists and robbers.

Tinubu also urged El-Rufai to remain in Nigeria in 2023 to work with him.
