Peter Obi Mourns Singer Mohbad’s Death, Calls For Probe

Peter Obi has mourned Singer Mohbad’s Death and called for a probe.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has mourned the late Nigerian Singer, Oladimeji Aloba, otherwise known as Mohbad.

 

This Nigeria News platform understands that Peter Obi, in a post on his X handle Tuesday, said he, on behalf of his family, condoled with the mother and entire family of Mohbad “over his painful demise.”

 

The former Anambra State governor stated that he knew “how difficult it is for parents to lose a child, especially one with such a promising future as his.”

 

In his request, Obi urged the government and security agencies to probe the circumstances that led to Mohbad’s untimely death.

 

He charged them to leave no stone unturned in unraveling everything behind his death.

 

With the demise of Aloba, Obi regretted that the nation had lost “a promising talent in our growing music and entertainment industry.”

 

He prayed God grant him eternal rest and grant his family and fans the fortitude to bear the loss.
