Nigeria’s elder statesman is dead in a fatal auto crash.

The incident, News Online gathered occurred around 1:00pm in Shafar village, Ringim Local Government area.

The spokesman of the NSCDC, Adamu Shehu confirmed the incident.

 

He said the accident happened after the deceased lost control of the car at a sharp bend in Shafar village.

 

He was driving a Peugeot 206 car and was going back to Ringim from Dutse.

 

Breaking: Top Nigeria Politician Is Dead

 

Adamu said the accident involved two persons the former Chief Judge and his son.

He said all the victims were rushed to Ringim General Hospital where he was confirmed dead while the son sustained various degrees of injuries is receiving treatment.
