Nigerian Businessman Simon Guobadia Loses Prenup Dispute To Ex-Wife Porsha Williams

The prenup will force Guobadia to “split the equity of his $7,000,000 million pre-marital home (the Marital Residence) with [Williams], and pay significant debts and expenses for the Wife’s benefit.”

Nigerian Businessman Simon Guobadia lost prenup dispute to Ex-Wife Porsha Williams.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Nigerian businessman, Simon Guobadia, is set to part with money and property amid his bitter divorce battle with Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star Porsha Williams.

 

Williams and Guobadia have been locked in a legal battle for a prenup to be enforced.

 

The prenup was signed before they got married.

After Guobadia was taken into custody by ICE, the hearing was postponed several times.

 

However, the 61-year-old is back in Nigeria.

 

After 15 months of marriage, the 43-year-old Williams filed for divorce in February 2024.

 

The according to US Weekly reports that Guobadia’s blamed Williams’ “misrepresentations” about leaving RHOA, on why he agreed to the prenup.

 

The prenup will force Guobadia to “split the equity of his $7,000,000 million pre-marital home (the Marital Residence) with [Williams], and pay significant debts and expenses for the Wife’s benefit.”
