Rio Ferdinand’s comments on Man City and Man United players are causing a stir.

Newsonline Nigeria report that Rio Ferdinand, a former Manchester United player, recently shared his hope that the Red Devils’ players were impacted by Manchester City’s success last season, and that it would inspire them to work harder and improve their own game.

Manchester City had an amazing season last year, winning the Premier League, FA Cup, and UEFA Champions League.

Manchester City took on Manchester United in the FA Cup final and won 2-1. It was a great match, and I’m sure both teams played their best.

It must have been tough for Erik ten Hag’s team to end the season on a low note after winning the Carabao Cup. Winning a trophy is always a great achievement, but it’s important to keep pushing yourself to do better.

Rio Ferdinand is hoping that Manchester United’s players will be motivated to step up their game and respond to Manchester City’s success by having a great season themselves.

According to talkSPORT, Rio Ferdinand stated that he wants the Manchester United players to have felt the impact of Manchester City’s success and to use it as motivation to improve their own game.

Rio Ferdinand expressed his desire for Manchester United’s players to feel the sting of Manchester City’s celebrations and use it as fuel to push themselves to succeed.

Rio Ferdinand believes that Manchester City’s success should inspire Manchester United’s players to improve their game and strive for greatness.
