BREAKING: UNILAG Announces Date To Hold Post-UTME Screening

UNILAG Deadline For Uploading of O’level Result 2021

UNILAG has announced a date to hold Post-UTME Screening for the 2021/2022 academic session.

 

 

Newsonline reports that the University of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced a date to open its portal for the registration of eligible candidates for the 2021/2022post-UTME screening.

A statement by the institution’s registrar, Mr. Oladejo Azeez, noted that candidates that chose UNILAG as their first choice, scored 200 and above in the UTME, had five O Levels credits at one sitting, and were 16 years old were eligible to register for the screening.

 

The statement reads: “Candidates who made University of Lagos their first choice in the 2021/2022 UTME, and scored 200 and above, are eligible for screening. In addition, candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O-Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

 

“Candidates who will not be sixteen (16) years of age by 31st October, 2021 are not eligible and need not apply.

 

“Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME Screening will not be considered for admission.”

 

The statement also noted that students of the institutions who were told to withdraw because of poor grades could re-apply for new courses.

 

“Former students of the University whose admissions were withdrawn on the basis of poor academic performance or absence status could re-apply on condition that the new admission shall be for a new programme/course different from the former programme/course. Any student expelled from the University cannot be offered fresh admission,” the statement reads.

 

UNILAG Post-UTME Date

 

Registration for the post-UTME screening would end on October 29, while the screening would hold November 1- 5.
