Katsina Governor Radda escaped death along Daura-Katsina Highway.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, escaped unhurt following a minor road accident that occurred earlier this evening along the Daura-Katsina highway.

According to a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, the governor was on official duty when the incident happened.

Mr Mohammed confirmed that Governor Radda did not sustain any serious injuries and is in good health and high spirits.

The governor expressed deep gratitude for what he described as divine protection and thanked the people of Katsina State and other concerned Nigerians for their prayers and goodwill messages.
