This online news platform understands that IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu is facing charges bordering on terrorism, treasonable felony, unlawful possession of firearms, and management of an unlawful society.

He had jumped bail and fled but was arrested and extradited to Nigeria in June to face trial. Kanu is currently in DSS custody.

On Thursday, he appeared before a Federal High Court in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

Garba, who couldn’t contain his joy at how healthy Kanu looks despite being in detention for months, shared pictures of the IPOB leader in the courtroom on Thursday.

“Buhari knows how to handle and care for his prisoners. See how Mr. Kanu is shining,” he captioned the pictures.
