Zoho has unveiled a free Agentic AI Tools to empower businesses across Africa.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that global technology giant Zoho has expanded access to artificial intelligence by rolling out new agentic AI tools across its collaboration, customer experience, and human resources product lines all at no additional cost to users.

The initiative strengthens Zoho’s broader AI ecosystem, anchored by Zia Hubs a data access system and Zia LLM, Zoho’s proprietary large language model. Together with Zia, Zoho’s established AI assistant, these innovations form the company’s agentic AI framework, designed to help organisations make data-driven decisions efficiently.

“Many businesses want to adopt AI but face barriers such as high setup costs, fragmented tools, and poor data readiness,” said Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head, Zoho Nigeria. “Our homegrown, unified tech stack removes those hurdles. With Zoho, companies can access advanced AI features automatically, without paying for third-party integrations. This makes AI adoption both practical and affordable.”

The new capabilities include Zia Agents, Zia Agent Studio, and an Agent Marketplace allowing users to perform multi-app tasks such as generating contracts from multiple files, scheduling meetings intelligently, or converting customer emails into CRM leads.

In Zoho Workplace, enhancements to Mail, Cliq, Sheet, and Tables allow users to issue multi-step commands through the improved Ask Zia assistant. New tools like AI Base Creation, Sentiment Analysis, and Keyword Extraction simplify data handling and analysis.

For customer support, Zoho Desk, trusted by more than 100,000 global businesses, introduces the Resolution Expert, which learns from past support interactions to improve service delivery. Zoho Sign also gains Agreement Intelligence, allowing users to draft and query contracts directly using Zia.

In HR, Zoho Recruit now uses AI to enhance candidate-job matching and test creation. The platform’s new AI-Assisted Assessment Generation automatically designs role-specific evaluation tests, helping recruiters save time and ensure fairer results.

With this rollout, Zoho aims to make enterprise-grade AI tools accessible to all businesses, regardless of size or technical expertise furthering its commitment to democratising AI innovation across Africa and beyond.
