There’s No Will On FG Part To Tackle Insecurity, 2015 Was A Mistake- Yusuf

The vice-presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Ahmed Yusuf, has decried the Federal governemnt handling of insecurity bedeviling the country, stating that there is absolutely no will on the part of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to tackle the insecurity ravaging the country.

 

Newsonline reports that Yusuf Ahmed said the election of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and President Buhari in 2015 general election was a mistake which should not be repeated.

 

Speaking on Channels Television Morning programme, Sunrise Daily, Baba-Ahmed said Peter Obi his principla and the Labour Party presidential candidate will ensure security of the country.

He added that their administration is committed to moving the country from consumption to production.

 

“We will expand the recruitment process with an expansion of the police needed.

 

“2015 was a mistake that should never be allowed to repeat itself again.

 

“There is absolutely no will on the part of the federal government to tackle the insecurity bedeviling the country considering its failure to deliver on its campaign promises.”
