Real Madrid’s dressing room buzzing with Mbappe transfer talks!
Newsonline Nigeria report that Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal recently disclosed that there were discussions within the team’s dressing room regarding a potential transfer of Kylian Mbappe during the summer.
Carvajal admitted that he personally believed Mbappe would join the LaLiga giants, especially after the 24-year-old forward was left out of PSG’s pre-season tour to Japan. In an interview with Relevo, Carvajal mentioned that opinions varied among the players during their preseason after-dinner conversations. Some thought the transfer was imminent, while others were more skeptical.
Mbappe’s contract situation added to the tension, as he made it clear that he would not be signing an extension with PSG.
His current deal with the club is set to expire in June 2024.
