All Progressive Congress APC, chieftain,  Chief Kayode has slammed president Buhari on his failure to protect Nigerians in foreign countries.

Newsonline reports that Femi Fani Kayode said citizens of Nigeria abroad are at the mercy of the host countries who attached no value to their lives because President Buhari has failed to do his duty.

Fani Kayode said during the administration, of former president Obasanjo, that Nigerians in foreign countries enjoyed quality respect and dignity in their host countries.

Femi Fani Kayode, who was a former Minister of Aviation under Obajasanjo, stated that the present administration has failed to fight for its citizens.

Chief Kayode stated, “One thing you cannot take from OBJ is that he fought for Nigerians. If it was OBJ that was President when Nigerians were being killed like flies in South Africa there would have been consequences.

“If it was OBJ that was in power when Morrocons & Libyans were humiliating torturing and killing our people there would have been a price to pay. During the OBJ/Atiku Govt.

“Nigerians all over the world held their heads up in pride and knew that they had a President and Government that would not allow them to be pushed around or be intimidated.

“Sadly those days are gone and unless we work very hard and get the right leadership they may have gone forever.”

Chief Kayode called on the present administration to quickly redeem the image of the country among committees of nation.

Kayode said the country needs, ” leaders with courage, balls, and the will to fight and commit to battle in the event of provocation regardless of the cost in terms of blood or treasure.

“The dignity of our people and their protection are things that are worth fighting and dying for.”

Nigerians in foreign countries have turned objects of attacks in Ghana, South Africa, Libya and Morocco. However, the government of President Buhari has failed to address these attacks.
