This Nigeria news platform understands that the Oscars are awards for artistic and technical merit in the film industry and are presented annually by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences located in Beverly Hills, California, United States.
The Academy Awards are regarded by many as the most prestigious, significant awards in the entertainment industry worldwide.
