NASIM New Support Email for NPower Stipends Complaint has been released.

 

 

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has created a new email address for concerns about stipend payments. Those who are having problems with their Npower stipend payment can quickly remedy the problem by sending an email to NASIMS. Continue reading until the end to see NASIM New Support Email.

Nasims offered the following options to help N-Power beneficiaries with payment issues:

 

  1. Visit your bank for confirmation of your account being credited without receiving alert.
  2. If your account is truly not credited, obtain a statement of account and send a detailed complaint to this email => socialmedia.npower@gmail.com.
