Miss Motherland Nigeria has joined forces with Serenity Settlement to champion culture and unity.

In a move aimed at deepening cultural pride and national unity, the Miss Motherland Nigeria Pageant has announced a landmark partnership with Serenity Settlement Real Estate and Developer, one of Nigeria’s foremost property investment firms with a strong presence in the South East and South West regions.

The collaboration underscores the pageant’s broader mission to go beyond beauty, serving as a platform for the celebration and preservation of African heritage among women both at home and in the diaspora.

“Miss Motherland is not just a beauty contest; it’s a cultural movement to celebrate and preserve African identity,” said Prince Timi Abiri, the convener of the pageant.

At the heart of this alliance is Nnamdi Emmanuel Mba, CEO of Serenity Settlement, whose real estate empire spans key urban centers such as Lagos and Enugu. Known for his visionary approach and commitment to economic empowerment, Mba brings a unique perspective to the initiative, aligning his company’s values with the cultural ethos of the pageant.

“Real estate isn’t just about buildings; it’s about building legacies and preserving our roots,” Mba said. “Partnering with Miss Motherland allows us to support a cause that mirrors our commitment to community, identity, and sustainable growth.”

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the 2025 edition of Miss Motherland Nigeria, which commenced in April with a press conference and media briefing, will culminate in a grand finale on August 22 in Lagos. Contestants are expected to participate in a range of culturally themed activities and creative showcases designed to highlight their knowledge of African traditions.

This year’s winner will walk away with a brand-new car and other notable prizes, but more significantly, the title will affirm her role as a cultural ambassador and youth empowerment advocate.

As the pageant returns to Lagos—a city widely recognized as the epicenter of Nigeria’s cultural and creative resurgence—it promises a vibrant celebration where beauty meets substance. The partnership with Serenity Settlement signals a bold fusion of business and tradition, setting the stage for a new generation of African women who are not only stylish and self-assured but deeply rooted in their cultural heritage.
