Presidency has claimed that many Western Presidents are jostling to meet Tinubu in France.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Presidency has revealed that a number of Western Presidents have indicated an interest in meeting with President Bola Tinubu in France.

This was disclosed by Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Special Duties, Communication, and Strategy, Dele Alake, in Paris, France.

Addressing journalists, Alake said the Western leaders planned to meet with Tinubu due to the steps he took within three weeks of assuming office as President.

Tinubu is in Paris to attend the Global Financing Pact Summit convened by the French President, Emmanuel Macron.

However, Alake said: “Mr President’s policies in the last three weeks have encouraged more foreign investors to be interested in the affairs of Nigeria in shoring up our economy.

“So many of them have indicated interest in meeting with Mr President on this trip, just upstairs now, he had a meeting on how to structure this meeting with heads of state.

“About four different Heads of State of Western nations have indicated interest in meeting with Tinubu, having a chat, and exploring possible areas of cooperation on the economy, Agriculture and other salient areas.”
