The All Progressives Congress (APC), the Social Democratic Party (SDP), and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), are the main contenders in the Kogi State governorship election.
The election ended yesterday, and officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, counted and announced the results at polling units.
