In total, 5,169,692 Nigerians are eligible to cast ballots in the November 11 governorship elections of Bayelsa, Imo, and Kogi states, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

 

And each voter is expected to exercise their franchise in accordance with the law.
