Governor Ademola Adeleke has made his first appointments in Osun State.

Newsonline reports that the new governor of Osun State, southwest Nigeria, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has made his first appointments after his inauguration as governor on Sunday, November 27, 2022.

This online news platform understands that Governor Ademola Adeleke appointed Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye as his Chief of Staff. The Osun governor also announced the appointment of ex-chairman, Osogbo Local Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye, as the Secretary to the State Government.

 

A statement signed by the governor also announced the appointment of Mallam Olawale Rasheed as his spokesperson. Governor Ademola Adeleke first appointments, according to the governor’s statement, take effect immediately.

The statement on Governor Ademola Adeleke’s first appointments sighted by Newsonline Nigeria reads, “Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Kassim Akinleye as the chief of staff to the Governor;

“Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye as the Secretary to the State Government and Mallam Rasheed Olawale as the Spokesperson to the Governor.

 

“The appointment takes immediate effect.”
