FCMB customer has reportedly died inside the banking hall due to poor customer service.

 

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that a customer of the first city monument bank (FCMB) has slumped and died while waiting to be attended to in the bank on Monday.

The customer was said to have been ill and only went to the bank to get money for treatment but due to a long time of waiting, his health failed him, and it led to the unfortunate incident.

 

In a video shared by PUNCH, a narrator was clearly heard saying the name of the bank is FCMB, and still emphasized it about three or four times.

In the video, the deceased brother was also seen lamenting, and explaining how the deceased was at the bank on Friday but didn’t get access to his money till he returned to the bank on Monday
