EPL: Boehly Assertive Of Signing EPL Star For Chelsea Before Deadline Day

Chelsea co-owner, Todd Boehly, is assured of completing the signing of English Premier League star.

Newsonline  report that Todd has assured Chelsea team that he will complete the signing of Wesley Fofana, before the deadline day of the summer transfer window.
This claim was made by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
