Chris Brown refused fee for Monalisa remix, says Lojay

 

Newsonline reports that celebrated singer and Headies award next rated nominee, Lekan Osifeso popularly known as, Lojay has revealed that American singer, Chris Brown refused a fee for the remix of his hit song ‘Monalisa.’
TThe songer made this revelation in an exclusive chat with The Nation, recently while sharing details of the remix which happened a year after the original version of the song dropped.

“There was a budget for the remix of ‘Monalisa’ but he(Chris Brown) refused because he liked the song,” said Lojay.

It’s okay to remind you that, ‘Monalisa’ was released in June 2021 as a single off a collaborative EP entitled LV N ATTN by Lojay and Sarz.
