Cennet Synopsis

Cennet, a clever poor girl who is abandoned by her mother, becomes an architect and aims to achieve her dreams. Her life changes when she is reunited with her mother. She had a close childhood friend who filled that emotional void but she was dealt a double blow when he vanished from her life after an accident.

Cennet Plot

Cennet was abandoned by her mother as a newborn and her grandmother raised her. Despite her humble upbringing and lack of financial resources, she worked hard to become the top architecture student in her class. After graduation, she became a brilliant architect and achieved her dream job at a prestigious architecture firm.

She has managed to overcome her poor background but this takes her full circle, into the cruel animosity of the person who rejected her:

Cennet is unexpectedly reunited with Selim, her childhood friend who also works in the firm. They get close and rekindle their connection but this makes her biological mother Arzu who disappeared from her life and has now come to disrupt her world.

Melisa is the second daughter of Arzu from another relationship, and she becomes very jealous about the increasing relationship between Cennet and Selim because she wants Selim for Melisa.

Then she sees a birthmark on Cennet’s neck, identical to that of the baby she abandoned over 20 years ago. And then she loses it. She becomes obsessed with the idea that Cennet’s appearance is no coincidence and she has no maternal affection for her whatsoever.

She comes up with a plan to get rid of her from her life and gets out of control.

This raises the question of why a mother would embrace one child yet reject another.

Will she allow Cennet and Selim to continue their friendship and love story or force him to marry Melisa?

Well, that’s what you have to find out when the series premieres on Monday, October 23.
