Simon Ekpa has demanded the immediate demilitarisation of Igboland.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Biafra agitator, Simon Ekpa has again called for an end to the militarization of the region.

This Nigeria news platform understands that Ekpa, who is known as the Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government In-Exile, made the demand in a statement on Saturday through his official X account.

He warned those who he said were commissioned to kill and cause mayhem on Biafrans to steer clear of the region.

Ekpa reiterated that the call for Biafraland to be demilitarized is for lasting peace in the region and Nigeria at large.

“Recall all security forces serving Nigeria within Biafraland and killing our people in Biafraland.

“Those of you still killing our people in Biafraland, you may not be this lucky,” he said.

This comes as Ekpa earlier announced December 2, 2024, as Biafra Declaration Day.

Meanwhile, NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Nigerian government vowed to repatriate him from his Finland base.
