NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has been elected as the Chairman of the South West Governors’ Forum.

This Nigeria news platform understands that Sanwo-Olu’s election took place during a closed-door meeting in Lagos on Monday, which was attended by all six governors from the South West states.

He succeeded the late Ondo State governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu who served as the forum’s chairman until his passing on December 27, 2023…
