Rivers Assembly has insisted on Fubara’s impeachment amid escalating political crisis.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the members of the Rivers State House of Assembly have declared their intention to proceed with the impeachment of Governor Siminalayi Fubara, despite the deepening political crisis in the state.

The lawmakers made the announcement on Friday during an ongoing press conference in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
