NNPCL has hiked Petrol Price to N955 Per Litre Across Outlets.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has increased the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, at its retail stations nationwide.

In Abuja, pump prices at NNPCL outlets including those along Kubwa Expressway, Wuse, and other locations have risen from N890 to N955 per litre, marking a N65 increment.

The price hike has also been implemented at NNPCL stations in Kogi and Nasarawa states.

This development follows a weekend price surge by independent marketers and filling station operators in the Federal Capital Territory, who raised petrol prices to between N950 and N971 per litre.

The increase was triggered by the Dangote Refinery’s upward adjustment of the ex-depot price from N820 to N858 per litre.
