Lawmakers have approved Tinubu’s controversial request for a Presidential Yacht.

 

Newsonline Nigeria reports that federal lawmakers on Thursday approved the N2.17 trillion supplementary appropriation bill containing an N5 billion allocation for the purchase of a presidential yacht submitted by President Bola Tinubu.

This Nigeria news platform understands that both arms of the national assembly harmonised the supplementary budget at a joint sitting and their report was consequently adopted by the Senate today, according to Channels Television.
