Governor Siminalayi Fubara has dissolved Rivers State Executive Council.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has dissolved the State Executive Council with immediate effect.
The decision, announced on Thursday, directs all commissioners and special advisers to hand over their responsibilities to the permanent secretaries or the most senior officials in their respective ministries pending further directives.

Governor Fubara expressed appreciation to the outgoing members of the Executive Council for their service to the state and wished them success in their future endeavours.
The development was confirmed in an official statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Onwuka Nzeshi.
