Newsonline Nigeria reports that results of the governorship election in Bayelsa State are currently being collated at local government levels.
This Nigeria news platform understands that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had fixed November 11 for the off-circle governorship elections in Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi states.
Voting ended in some polling units between 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm and INEC officials immediately announced results at the Polling Unit levels.
Newsonline Nigeria gathered that the election in Kogi State was largely peaceful.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has postponed the collation of Bayelsa state governorship election results, now scheduled for 12 pm on Monday (tomorrow).
This Nigeria news platform gathered that INEC has stated that the decision is a result of certain elections that were not conducted yesterday being held today, requiring additional time for officials to gather and compile the results.
