1.) Digital Marketing Strategist
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Deadline: 5th November, 2021.
Responsibilities

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Stay up to date with latestdigital trends, technology and best practices.Manage all digital marketing channels.
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Manage AdWords and other paid channels
  • Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
  • Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
  • Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
  • Monitor ROIs & KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
  • Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role and experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Critical thinker, pro-active foot soldier, excellent communicator, formidable team player and problem-solver
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

2.) Graphics Designer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Deadline: 27th October, 2021.
Responsibilities

  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, social media content, brochures and websites with appropriate software.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a graphics / creative designer.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Experience with computer-aided design.
  • He/She must have excellent graphic design, animation and video editing skills.
  • He/she must be proactive, innovative and ready to work with little or no supervision.

3.) Procurement Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Deadline: 21st October, 2021.
Responsibilities

  • Preparation of cost estimate and budget for purchase for building and civil works.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Review and analyze all vendors submitted quotations and give necessary recommendations appropriately.
  • Develop and manage plans for all procurement activities.
  • Negotiate the best price for procurement activities.
  • Ensure all goods and services to be procured are of high quality as specified.
  • Maintain and update a list of vendors and their qualifications, contact and all necessary information.
  • Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree as a Quantity Surveyor
  • You have a minimum of 3 year work experience in similar role
  • You have good knowledge of the general workings of the construction industry
  • You possess great negotiation skills
  • You understand the importance of effective communication and influencing skills within teams, vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • You are a passionate about solving problems and taking initiatives to improve the status quo
  • You have great attention to detail and an ability to work independently with limited guidance.

4.) Medical Sales Consultant
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Deadline: 21st October, 2021.
Responsibilities

  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching, analyzing sales options and arranging meetings with potential customers
  • Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Responsible for opening up new sales outlets and ensuring that these translates into ROI
  • Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecast to the management team.
  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholder
  • Positively represent the company at all times through a success-oriented and professional demeanour.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • You have over 6 years professional Medical Sales experience
  • You have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS word, Excel)
  • You are a great communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • You thrive under situations where you have measurable outcomes that impact the growth of the Company.
  • You are passionate about solving problems and taking initiatives to improve the status quo
  • You seek to work with a fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic team
  • You have a track record of achieving results in a challenging environment.
